While I'm still waiting for the return of a full toxic build like in HD1, this setup fills that craving for now, running flames and gas for a full-on war criminal build. Nothing better for taking on bug breaches...

Build:
Napalm Airstrike and Orbital Gas Strike both excel at AOE DOT, perfect for clearing bug breaches of anything lighter than a Charger. To keep those cooldowns snappy, I'm not taking any more Eagles, so Orbital Precision Strike is my sole Bile Titan killer - Chargers and Behemoths are a breeze for the Flamethrower + Stun nade combo, as long as you stick to one leg.
For my primary, a trash clear specialist like the Incendiary Breaker or Spray & Pray would work well, but instead I've gone for the Slugger...OK, mostly because the green on the slug matches my drip, but it's also still a very solid primary despite the stagger nerf, one-shotting most trash with a headshot, and 2-shotting Brood Commanders and Hiveguards at any range - faster than the Scorcher or Dominator. Just remember to use your stuns for Stalkers, Punisher it ain't.
