The mods will then show up.

You aren't completely finished though. You and anyone who plays on your server will also need the Forge mods installed locally for them to work. So, press the windows key on your keyboard and 'r' at the same time to open the Run app. In this app, type '%appdata%', and hit enter. Your roaming folder will open. Open your .minecraft folder, open your mods folder, create one if you don't have one, and copy and paste the mods into your mods folder. At this point, the mods are in your server's mods folder and the mods folder in your .minecraft folder.

The mods are now installed on your Minecraft 1.18 server! Start your server and open up Minecraft with Forge. When you join your server, you will have the mods accessible!
