About this video: In this video, we show you how to download and install Lucky Blocks in Minecraft 1.16.1. What is the Lucky Block mod? Well, it is a Minecraft mod that has three different kinds of blocks - Unlucky Blocks, Lucky Blocks, and Very Lucky Blocks. When you place these blocks and break them, you will get random things. Some of these things will be great like a 64 stack of diamond blocks. Other things, won’t be great. Like a zombie pigman with 10x the health of a normal zombie pigman. It all depends on how lucky you are. As you can see, this mod can be very fun. So, without any more delay, here is how to get Lucky Blocks in Minecraft 1.16.1!
The first step of adding the Lucky Block mod to 1.16.1 is actually downloading and installing Forge. Luckily, we have an in-depth tutorial on getting Forge installed linked in the description above. It has helped over a million people install Forge, so I’m sure it will help you out as well.
Once you have Forge installed, we can move on to learn how to to download the Lucky Block mod for 1.16.1. You can find the official Lucky Block download link in the description above. When you click that, you will be taken to the Lucky Block website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the yellow ‘Download’ button under ‘Lucky Block’. You will be taken to a list of all of the Lucky Block versions. Click the yellow Download link next to the 1.16.1 version. Finally, click you will be taken to the 1.16.1 download page where you can click the yellow ‘Download’ button in the top right of the page. When you do, Lucky Blocks for Minecraft 1.16.1 will start downloading. You will need to keep/save the file depending on your browser.
Now, it is time to go over how to install the Lucky Block mod in Minecraft 1.16.1. This is actually very simple. Just hit the Windows Key and ‘R’ at the exact same time and type ‘%appdata%’, and hit enter. Here, you will see a ‘.minecraft’ folder. Open that, and you should have a ‘mods’ folder. If you don’t have a ‘mods’ folder, just create one! Open the mods folder, and drag-and-drop the Lucky Block file that you downloaded into this mods folder. You have now installed Lucky Blocks into Minecraft 1.16.1!
You aren’t completely finished getting Lucky Blocks though. You still need to open up the Minecraft Launcher, click the little arrow next to the Play button, select ‘Forge’, and click Play. Minecraft 1.16.1 will now open up with Lucky Block added to it!
