Here’s how to do the Factory reset on a Galaxy Note 20:
Pull up the app drawer and look for Settings.
Once found, tap on it.
Scroll all the way down to find General management, and then tap on it.
Tap Reset to view all the reset options.
Look for Factory data reset, and tap on it.
Scroll down, and then tap the Reset button.
Enter your security lock if prompted.
Tap the Delete all button.
Verify your identity with biometrics, or enter the password of your Samsung account.
Tap Done to proceed with the Factory reset.
