To enable a blue light filter on your iPhone, you can use the Night Shift feature. Night Shift reduces the amount of blue light emitted by your screen by shifting the display colors to the warmer end of the spectrum. Here’s how to set it up:

Using Control Center
Open Control Center:

For iPhones with Face ID (iPhone X and later): Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen.
For iPhones with a Home button: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
Activate Night Shift:

Press and hold the Brightness control.
Tap the Night Shift button to turn it on.
Using Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Go to Display & Brightness:

Scroll down and tap on Display & Brightness.
Turn on Night Shift:

Tap on Night Shift.
You have two options:
Manually Enable Until Tomorrow: This turns on Night Shift immediately and keeps it on until the next day.
Scheduled: Set a schedule for Night Shift to turn on and off automatically. You can choose From Sunset to Sunrise or set custom times.
Adjust the Color Temperature:

Use the Color Temperature slider to adjust how warm you want the screen colors to appear. Moving the slider to the right makes the display colors warmer, which reduces blue light exposure.
