To play PlayStation 5 games on your phone using the PlayStation App with Remote Play, follow these steps:

Steps to Set Up and Play
Set Up Your PS5 for Remote Play:

On your PS5, go to Settings - System - Remote Play and toggle Enable Remote Play to ON.

In Settings -System - Power Saving -Features Available in Rest Mode, enable Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning On PS5 from Network. This allows remote access when the console is in Rest Mode.
Install and Sign In to the PlayStation App:

Download the PS Remote Play app (not the main PlayStation App) from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Open the app and sign in with your PSN account (same as your PS5).
Pair a Controller (Optional):

For a DualSense controller: Hold the PS button and Create button until the light bar flashes. On your phone, go to Settings - Bluetooth, and select the controller to pair.

For Android, DUALSHOCK 4 requires Android 10+, DualSense requires Android 12+, and DualSense Edge requires Android 14+. For iOS, DualSense requires iOS 14.5+, and DualSense Edge requires iOS 16.4+. Alternatively, use a USB-C cable or on-screen controls.
Link Your PS5 to the App:

Open the PS Remote Play app, tap Settings (gear icon), and select Link Console to App.

Choose PS5. The app will search for your console on the same network. If it doesn’t connect automatically, go to Settings - System - Remote Play - Link Device on your PS5 to display a QR code or numerical code. Scan the QR code or enter the code manually in the app.
Start Remote Play:

Ensure your PS5 is on or in Rest Mode.
In the PS Remote Play app, select PS5. The app will connect to your console, displaying the PS5 home screen on your phone.

Navigate to the desired game using the on-screen controls or paired controller and tap to launch it. The game will stream to your phone, allowing you to play remotely.
