How to Delete your PS5 Games from your Phone with PlayStation App (Best Method)
2To delete PlayStation 5 games from your console using the PlayStation App on your phone, follow these steps:
Ensure PS5 is Set Up for Remote Management:
On your PS5, go to Settings - System - Power Saving - Features Available in Rest Mode. Enable Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning On PS5 from Network. This allows the app to manage your console while it’s in Rest Mode or powered on.
Ensure your PS5 is linked to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account and connected to the internet.
Open the PlayStation App:
Download the PlayStation App (iOS 14.0+ or Android 8.0+) from the App Store or Google Play Store. Sign in with the same PSN account used on your PS5.
Ensure the app is updated to at least version 21.4 or later, as remote storage management was added in this update.
Link Your PS5 to the App (if not already done):
Tap the Settings icon (gear) on the app’s home screen.
Select Link Console to App and follow the prompts to detect your PS5. Alternatively, on your PS5, go to Settings - System - Remote Play - Link Device, then scan the QR code or enter the code manually in the app.
Access Storage Management:
In the PlayStation App, tap the Play tab (controller icon) at the bottom.
Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner.
Select Storage. This displays your PS5’s storage, including Console Storage and, if applicable, M.2 SSD storage.
Delete Games:

Tap the circle or checkbox next to the game(s) you want to delete. You can select multiple games.
