How to Switch Between PS4 or PS5 Consoles on Phone PlayStation App (Best Method)

Ensure Consoles Are Linked:
Confirm that both your PS4 and PS5 are linked to the PlayStation App with the same PlayStation Network (PSN) account. To link a console:
Open the PlayStation App on your iOS (14.0 or later) or Android (8.0 or later) device and sign in with your PSN account.
Go to Settings - Link Console to App.
