How to Turn Off Home Screen in Premiere Pro CC (Disable Home Page)
10Whenever you open Premiere Pro CC the first menu that you will see is the home screen. The Premiere home screen will allow you to create a new project, or select one of your most recently opened projects.
The home screen can’t be turned off as it can in other Adobe programs, however you can still bypass the page. Through the Premiere Pro preferences, you can choose to open Premiere with the most recent project. This is particularly helpful for video editing as usually when you’re opening a Premiere you will be continuing from the recent project. As a video editor disabling the home screen in Premiere can save a lot of time by skipping a step when opening a project.
