To Turn On or Off Controller Vibrations on Xbox One:

Turn On Your Xbox One: Ensure that your Xbox One console is powered on and that your controller is connected to it.

Access the Settings Menu:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the Guide.
Navigate to the "System" tab, which looks like a gear-shaped icon.
Select "Settings."
Choose Devices & Connections:

In the "Settings" menu, select "Devices & connections."
Select Accessories:

Under "Devices & connections," select "Accessories."
Choose the Controller:

You should see a list of connected controllers. Select the controller for which you want to adjust the vibration settings.
