How to Turn On or OFF Developer Options on Any Android Phone! (100% Works!)
Turn On Developer Options
Open Settings: Go to the "Settings" app on your Android phone.
Navigate to About Phone: Scroll down and select "About Phone" or "About Device."
Find Build Number: Locate the "Build Number" entry (it may be under "Software Information" on some devices).
Tap Build Number: Tap the "Build Number" 7 times in quick succession. You may see a countdown message like "You are now X taps away from being a developer."
Enter PIN/Password (if prompted): If your device is locked, you may need to enter your PIN, password, or pattern to proceed.
Confirmation: Once completed, you’ll see a message like "You are now a developer!" Developer Options will now appear in the Settings menu, usually under "System" or as a standalone option.
Access Developer Options
Go back to the main "Settings" menu.
Look for "Developer Options" (it may be under "System" or directly in the Settings menu, depending on the Android version and manufacturer).
Tap it to access various advanced settings like USB debugging, animation scales, or mock location.
Turn Off Developer Options
Go to Settings: Open the "Settings" app.
Find Developer Options: Navigate to "Developer Options" (check under "System" if it’s not in the main menu).
Toggle Off: At the top of the Developer Options screen, you’ll see a toggle switch. Tap it to turn Developer Options off. This hides the menu from Settings but doesn’t delete any settings you’ve changed.
