How to Unblock a Player on your PS4 Account (Settings Tutorial)
1Turn on your PS4 and go to the home screen. Navigate to Friends. You can find it in the main menu bar. Select it by pressing the X button on your controller. In the Friends menu, scroll down to Blocked Players. Press X to open the list. You’ll see all the players you’ve blocked. Use the left stick or directional buttons to highlight the player you want to unblock. Press the Options button on your controller.
A small menu will appear. Select Unblock and press X to confirm. The player will no longer be blocked and can now interact with you again, like sending messages or game invites.
Alternative Method via Settings
Go to Settings from the home screen. Select Account Management, then Privacy Settings. You may need to enter your PSN password. Choose Blocked Players from the list. Highlight the player you want to unblock, press the Options button, and select Unblock. Confirm with X.
