How to use 1 WhatsApp Account for Multiple Phones (Works on iPhone & Android or PC!)
Steps to Use One WhatsApp Account on Multiple Phones by Linking Devices
Prepare the Secondary Phone:
On the secondary phone (e.g., Samsung Galaxy A35, Honor X9b), install or update WhatsApp from the Google Play Store.
Open WhatsApp, tap Agree and Continue, but do not enter a phone number.
Access Linking Option on Secondary Phone:
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner (Android) and select Link to Existing Account or Link as a Companion Device.
A QR code will appear on the secondary phone’s screen.
Link from the Primary Phone:
On your primary phone (where your WhatsApp account is registered with your phone number):
Open WhatsApp and go to:
Samsung: Three dots (⋮) - Linked Devices.
Honor: Settings (gear icon) - Linked Devices.
Tap Link a Device. The camera will activate as a QR code scanner.
Scan the QR code on the secondary phone’s screen.
Complete the Sync:
WhatsApp on the secondary phone will sync your chats, contacts, and groups (takes a few seconds to minutes, depending on data).
The secondary phone will show This is a linked device in Settings - Linked Devices.
Repeat for More Phones:
Link up to four secondary phones by repeating steps 1–4 on each device.
Time: ~1–2 minutes per device.
