How to Fix Locked iPhone Passcode in Minutes!
Reset iPhone Using a Computer (Recovery Mode)
Enter Recovery Mode:
iPhone 8, X, or later, iPhone SE (2nd/3rd gen):
Connect your iPhone to a computer via USB.
Press and release Volume Up, then Volume Down.
Hold the Side button until the Recovery Mode screen (computer and cable icon) appears.
iPhone 7, 7 Plus:
Connect to the computer.
Hold Volume Down and Side buttons until Recovery Mode appears.
iPhone 6s, SE (1st gen), or earlier:
Connect to the computer.
Hold Home and Side (or Top) buttons until Recovery Mode appears.
Open Finder or iTunes:
Mac (macOS Catalina 10.15 or later): Open Finder, select your iPhone under “Locations.”
Windows or Mac (macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier): Open iTunes (download from apple.com/itunes), click the iPhone icon.
Restore the iPhone:
A pop-up in Finder/iTunes detects the iPhone in Recovery Mode.
Select Restore to erase all data and the passcode, installing the latest iOS.
The firmware download takes a few minutes (speed depends on internet). Don’t disconnect the iPhone.
If it exits Recovery Mode, repeat Step 1.
Set Up:
After the reset, the iPhone restarts to the Hello screen.
Enter your Apple ID and password for Activation Lock (reset at iforgot.apple.com if needed).
Set up as new or restore from an iCloud/computer backup.
