Do you ever wish you could be your own therapist?
Using self-help tools can truly support you on your journey of life. Knowing which tools to use, however, can be difficult. Whether you are trying to heal from trauma, negative self-talk, a negative worldview, low self-esteem, or all the challenges we're facing so far in 2020, self-help tools can be a healthy addition.
In this video, I take some time to share a self-awareness building therapeutic tool that you can use at the start of your day or at the end of your day. I typically use this tool with type A personalities or those with perfectionistic tendencies. But it can be helpful to anyone.
Before we get to the next video on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and trauma, in this video, I will be sharing a tool that may help relieve some stress.
