Jazz Jackrabbit is a platform game produced by Epic Games (Also known as Epic and Epic MegaGames) and draws its inspiration from Mario, a run-and-gun of your choice and largely Sonic. It was quite popular back in the day. Starring a green bunny with a blue gun named Jazz, you're goal is to rescue Princess Eva and save your rabbit homeworld from Devan Shell. In this game, the war between the tortoise and the hare is still in session.

You can blaze through the game at high speeds and pick up a variety of weapons to shoot enemies with as well as find secrets and go to bonus rounds. This game is pretty challenging, so it's a good thing Jazz has a lifebar instead of something like one-hit deaths. Nowadays, Epic Games is all the rage for games like Gears of War. Enjoy.
