That delivery, the deadpan-ness, the way she sings the BGM, that “hai,” and especially that little chuckle with the beautiful grin at the end, how does she do it? She’s just way too cute and way too hilarious. I love this game too so I really hope she finishes it eventually, she said she would but it’s become something of a Half-Life 3-esque running gag on her channel.

0:18 This is also on screen, but to explain further: In the Gen 3 games, TM31 is “Kawarawari,” which in the American versions is “Brick Break.” An actual translation of the Japanese would be “roof tile break,” which is a thing in Japan because roof tiles are a stereotypical hard to break material. In fact, most examples of the real thing are basically impossible to break, and “roof tile breaking” is usually done with tiles made specifically to be broken.
