PREVIOUSLY:
With the Water Key from King Drake, Vahn closes down the Water Gate, which allows them to cross the river, and make their way to Biron Monastery. Inside, they are greeted by a warrior-monk, who introduces them to Master Zopu. After learning of their heroic feats, the Master of the Monastery orders the preparation of a feast to welcome the Ra-Seru heroes.

While exploring the Monastery, the two meets up with a zestful Maya, who quickly rushes after them upon learning of their visitation from Master Zopu. During their conversation, Vahn relays to her the unfortunate news of her consort's tragedy. They invite the grieving Maya to go back with them to Rim Elm but she declines, asking them for some time alone to think.

During the party, Master Zopu informs Vahn and Noa about the two Genesis Trees near the Monastery, the heroes unhesitatingly agrees to help revive them before the master Biron monk announces to everyone the good news.

Master Zopu assigns the Master Teacher to accompany the heroes to West Voz Forest, while Songi volunteers to tackle the eastern one. Everyone rests after the evening's festivities, and on the next day, they venture on towards their assigned tasks.
