Saradush isn’t a big place but there’s quite a lot crammed into it including a number of side quests that you can use to alter your reputation quite significantly. There are also a couple of stores, one you must complete a quest to access and another that’s readily available in the tavern. The usefulness of the latter depends on whether you’ve imported your party from Shadows of Amn as most of its stock is humdrum weapons and armour of middling power, though there is one significant item hidden amongst the more generic offerings.

Remaining out on the streets for long periods isn’t advised on account of the siege going on but you can always rest up in the inn to recuperate from damage sustained by catapult fire. There are also a couple of fights that you can pick if you’re feeling nasty but Terri has more important things to do than scrap with hoodlums and the city guard. She needs to find a way into the palace to face Gromnir so she can work towards ending the siege, the first step towards regaining her freedom.
