229Being the first area of the game, Shipwreck Beach introduces new mechanics and enemies gradually and in controlled environments. That being said, it's not afraid to throw something unexpected at you, forcing you to use your newly acquired skills to survive the sudden threat. While many of these battles are ones where we aren't in too much danger - even with us equipping the wrong weapons to Onara and Ivrekk - we shouldn't get complacent.
That the game puts a healing crystal in this area is a warning that things could very well get rather dangerous, especially if you intend to be thorough and explore every nook and cranny of the maps. Though it's easier said than done, try not to let yourself get backed into a corner and don't be afraid to use your consumable resources. They're there for a reason, after all.
