In this part, I complete the last two stages and the boss of Tier 4.

First up is Lamda's "Thunderclyffe Plant". an underground city and (power) plant stage. First off, the stage graphics and aesthetics look great and cohesive, and they flow into each other well. The stage layout is pretty polished as well, with enemy placements and gradual introductions to gimmicks performed smoothly. I especially like the first segment where you are breaking into the plant, and the last segment where you are climbing up a tower. My only complaint would be that some gimmicks like the Yoku Block are introduced and then forgotten. Otherwise, this would be a fine Robot Master stage in a fangame.

Second is WreckingGoomba's "Research Facility", a stage themed after MM3's Wily Castle, whose outstanding feature is the three Boss Archive fights. The stage segments between the boss battles are nothing to write home about. They are there, and competently done. But, are easily forgotten about. The primary reason why this stage scored so well is the Robot Archive fights, where instead of fighting the data of Robot Masters, we fight fortress bosses (from several MM titles) instead. Overall, it's very unique and well-done. I would actually elevate this up to Tier 5 in terms of how much fun I had with this level.

Last but not least is the fight against Justice Man. He's essentially a combination of his original first and second forms in Rock Force. He shares several attacks from both, along with one new one. It definitely is fun to battle him. But it feels rather disappointing compared to the difficulty of the original fight, as well as the previous Tier 3 boss battle. He just feels too easy to take down, even using the buster-only. Personally, I was hoping for a greater level of transformation, similar to what was seen in Yoku Man's battle.
