After what seems like a near century wait (it was really only about 5 years), the newest Make A Good Mega Man Level (MAGMML for short) has been released! I've decided to get on this as soon as possible before I start getting spoiled on the entries. I'll be playing through the levels and reading the reviews along the way and giving some thoughts on each of the levels in the description. Feel free to follow along...

As we continue with Tier 8, we fortunately don't get another Worthless Man style level. Nevertheless, we still had a skip teleporter... That said, it's probably my favorite level up to this point. Imagine that...

Rock Fortress - Great stage making great use of vanilla gimmicks. I dreaded when I saw the slow auto-scroller and Yokus, but they were surprisingly fair.

Technical Support - Having two elements in your stage. Sure. If it's warranted, why not. Having to traverse the ENTIRE stage again for a meaningless second element? That's just unnecessary, especially when your stage is okay at best. Also -1000000 points for having a BN stage and not using Surge Of Power for the boss theme.

Mirror Woman - It starts off bad. The NPCs near the start are just too much. No one wants to read that much dialogue in a single level. Especially with 880 reviews, plus story elements in the game. After that though, I liked this very much. The Mirror gimmick is great, well executed, and accomplishes its disorienting affect very well. I could've done with less of the walking on the ceiling, but it's a slight nitpick. It's tough, but doesn't feel cheap. And while on the longer side, doesn't feel like it overstays its welcome. Mirror Woman is also a fun boss (that last phase is unnecessary though). Good job.

Working in the Rain - This is truly a stage in this game. It is inoffensive, but it doesn't stand out in the slightest. The forward rain has been done better before. Not bad, just, there.
