While we've encountered a lot of enemies blocking our path through this futuristic complex - though I have a hunch that it's a spaceship, it could just as easily be a space station or something similar - we've not get found any clues as to the fate of the tiny barbarian. One would hope that he hasn't been killed, though if they'd wanted to do that they wouldn't have gone to the effort of capturing him in the first place, though something might've happened which forced them to do it. No, it's more likely that they're holding him somewhere for some sinister reason, one that the tiny barbarina is going to surely uncover as she gets past this area full of fire breathing birds. Once we find him, the pair can then focus on finding a way back home as soon as possible, a way that doesn't involve an intimate knowledge of the technology that's all around them. They're barbarians after all and they're historically not known for their affinity with space travel.

This episode so far has been quite light on bosses which makes a welcome change compared to the previous one, but instead of making me feel at ease that fact instead makes me even more wary of what's to come. Being the final chapter of the game there's a fair chance the difficulty is going to ramp up dramatically and suddenly at some point. That time isn't right now and there's no hints that it's coming up, but it's always playing at the back of my mind, warning me that things are surely going to get a lot, lot worse soon, very soon. That voice isn't sure on WHEN that soon is exactly, but it's soon; maybe around that corner or on the next screen but it's definately when you least expect it.
