It's time to finish this game and draw another series of Let's Play videos to a close. There is an endgame scene to watch...but first, there is one last stage to get through.

What is that stage? Extra 6: Castles - Masterpiece Set. It's basically a castle with no boss. It uses various gimmicks from other castles, such as the polygonal rotating platforms and "Zonker" ghost enemies. The only real part that can be a problem is the room full of line-guided platforms and death spikes, which also throws in a couple of swinging ghosts in really inconvenient locations (and might I add, being invincible and giving me anxiety attacks is a bad combination in an enemy). After that, though, there isn't much to deal with, just some offscreen Bandits throwing eggs at you in almost hazard-free rooms and a room with water and more spikes that cannot even harm you if you stay still. This stage was kind of a letdown after Bowser's Castle, really....

After that, I show off a couple of things just for fun, such as the various items you can get in the game. Then, finally, comes the credits sequence. Yoshi's Island may be very different from the first four Mario games, but it's still an excellent game, and definitely one I'd recommend for anyone who has a SNES console or an interest in playing 16-bit games. The music is good, the graphics are cute, the level design is generally pretty fun, and there are plenty of secrets to find. Besides, this game is a classic.

Anyway, that's all for now. I do have more LPs planned for the future; of course, I don't know when I'll start my next one. The beginning of the fall semester is imminent, so I will have to fit recording into my schedule along with various other things, but I think it will work out.
