Max Payne 3 - Continue glitch in Chapter 12

0:00 - Chapter 12-3. Upon first loading the game, Max has fallen to the bottom of the map and the game waits for him to respawn. Afterwards Max appears at the start of the Checkpoint like normal, although he has no gun. Playing onward in the level seems possible, although I didn't try to go too far.
(Not on the vid: Chapter 12-4 and 12-5, in one way or another, result in endless loading screens.)
0:36 - Chapter 12-6. Upon first loading the game, Max is falling out of bounds. After retry, he finally spawns in bounds, but lacks a gun. You get a minor glitch trying to pick up the nearby shotgun: the weapon pick-up becomes buffered until Max finally leaves cover.
1:13 - Chapter 12-7. The level starts like normal, except Max lacks a gun. Playing onward in the level seems to work normally, although I only tried it until the enemies come out.
1:29 - Chapter 12-8. Upon first loading the game, Max is falling out of bounds. After retry, he is finally back in bounds, but without a gun. Playing onward in the level is possible, although I only tried it until the enemies come out.
1:55 - Chapter 12-9. The level loads fairly slow around Max, occasionally causing him to fall through the floor and start the level from the Chapter 12-6 area. If that happens, he is stuck there since there are no exits in the area.
2:48 - If Max does manage to start the level like normal, its graphics load with a delay, and Max also lacks a weapon. It's possible to play onward in the level, if you can just get a weapon for Max without getting killed.
(Not on the vid: Chapter 12-10 is just game starting normally, except Max has no small firearms.)
3:55 - Chapter 12-11. The level loads slower than usual, and Max spawns without a weapon, but things seem normal otherwise. Didn't try to play onward in the level.
