Max Payne 3 - Continue glitch in Chapter 13 pt. 1
6This is a long Chapter and has quite a few things to show, so I split it into two parts. Also, if you follow my Twitter and have keen eyes, you may notice that many of the recent screenshots I've posted come from this video.
0:00 - Chapter 13-3. The level begins with lighting glitched up and very dark. Max also lacks a weapon. Playing forward in the level is possible, even though kind of tricky thanks to the poor lighting. The lighting eventually becomes fixed in the Checkpoint where Max enters the police station gym.
4:04 - Chapter 13-4. The level begins with lighting glitched up and dark. Max also lacks a weapon. He may sometimes spawn under the floor, causing some pretty radical looking graphical effects. Otherwise, if he spawns on floor level, he may still die from mysterious reasons as the Checkpoint begins. I didn't try to see if playing onward works normally.
6:00 - Chapter 13-5. The level begins, once again, lighting glitched up and dark. Graphics load in fairly slow as the game dramatically zooms in to Max standing idly near where the Checkpoint should start. He is immobile and invulnerable, and doesn't mind that the armored vehicle is shooting at him. You can't proceed in the level like this at all.
6:29 - Chapter 13-6. The level begins, once again, lighting glitched up and dark. Max is falling out of bounds without weapon. He is very close to the level proper, but unable to reach it, so he will just fall down. This happens with every retry.
7:05 - Chapter 13-7. The lighting is glitched for a very short moment as the Checkpoint begins but becomes fixed. Meanwhile, Max is stuck near the doorway in an idle pose. He is invulnerable and immobile, and the nearby enemies who are patrolling are unable to notice him. Have to retry sooner or later!
8:24 - Chapter 13-8. The level begins with lighting glitched up and dark. Max also starts without a weapon. It's possible to play onward in the level with the glitched lighting, and it won't become fixed until the final cutscene of the level, so you get to see the whole level like that.
