Here are the remaining future data effects that can happen in Chapter 9.

Note: the video doesn't include the results that were already uploaded earlier for their relevancy in speedruns (like Chapter 9-10 and 9-11 variations).

Future data is basically a glitch that allows you to activate the next cutscene earlier than intended, causing a variety of odd results around the game.

0:00 - Chapter 9-3. There are actually two points in this Checkpoint where you can activate future data, an early point and a later point.

The loading trigger for the early point is active whenever.

Activating future data, Max teleports to the cutscene with Giovanna and Marcelo. It interrupts unceremoniously, leaving Max free to wander around. The rest of the level lacks triggers and trying to retry starts Checkpoint 0 glitch.

0:35 - I show some sightseeing around the trigger-less and empty Chapter 9. You get to see some later parts of the level with the warm afternoon lighting active - normally it would be dusk. Sadly, Max cannot progress past the railing where the shimmying sequence would take place.

1:57 - Chapter 9-3, late point. Loading trigger is active after having watched the cutscene with Giovanna and Marcelo.

Now Max appears early in Chapter 9-4. He is free to start playing the Checkpoint for a moment before the combined cutscene freezes him in place. Afterwards things continue normally.

(Note: there's no place where to use future data in the Checkpoints between Chapter 9-3 and 9-6.)

2:29 - Chapter 9-6. Next loading trigger is active at the corner after going down the stairs.

The normal variation is known and used in speedruns, so here's a strange looking Last Man Standing variation. Max enters the helicopter set piece in super slow motion, before expiring for no particular reason.

2:53 - Chapter 9-7. Next loading trigger is active whenever.

If you activate future data at the start of the set piece, you suddenly see the victory cutscene from in-game camera with a rather small lens width. At the end, Max gets stuck standing idly by, and retry sends him back to Chapter 9-7.

3:29 - Chapter 9-7, Alt. variation. (This is a variation that has you win the set piece as you use future data.)

If you activate future data during the bullet time of shooting the rocket, it glitches up and lasts forever. You see the combined cutscene from the point of view of the cam, after which nothing happens and you can't retry either because you're in bullet time cam mode.

4:07 - Chapter 9-7, from game over. (Some future data effects carry over a retry and look at least somewhat unique.)

If you activate future data later in the set piece or when Max gets blown up, you get very similar results. Just with different timing as to when things explode and when Max falls down. The combined cutscene carries over retry.
