Hey all you Mega Man X lovers! This time we are back with a video of a kill for Vile Mark II in Mega Man X3 and this is without using his weakness: the Spinning Blade. If you are familiar with his defeat using the weapon then you would notice that in this video he just teleports out as he is defeated instead of taunting X like he does if he is killed with his weakness.

I entered Vile's stage using the teleporter in Crush Crawfish's stage but there are at least four different teleporters to his stage but I haven't counted them recently. This teleporter is easy to get to and has the added bonus of having energy capsules nearby the teleporter.

The key to defeating Vile easily is, as always with Vile, KEEP ON MOVING! Move fast and stay away from him as him running into X does a boatload of damage. It is better to get hit by his shoulder cannon than by his flame pillar weapon as the flames do far more damage. Defeat his armor by dodging and climbing walls, air dash is a must to avoid damage from his ride armor.

After defeating Vile a countdown for a self-destruct timer will start and it is imperative to run and dash out as fast as possible. It is entirely possible to use only the X Buster and get out in time but it is much easier using the Frost Shield on the wall robots as it is their weakness. Get out in time or you have to do the entire stage, including fighting Vile, over again!

If you are watching the video and notice the fade in between the two halves of the fight with Vile it is because I wasn't paying attention and died in the first time fighting him so I seamed the two halves together. :D
