Scene 4 of this amazing game takes place supposedly in 250,000,000 BC and is called "Prehistoric Turtlesaurus!" As could be expected with this name the turtles face many new foes in this level such as pterodactyls that drop egg bombs on them, Rock Soldiers from Dimension X, and raptors.... being ridden.... by Foot Soldiers?

Well, at the very least there are always new varieties of ways that the Foot makes use of their robot army. This level also features new green Foot that shoot bows, blue Foot with axes, yellow Foot with bombs, pink Foot that use tonfa, generic purple Foot as well as the purple ones that ride fire-breathing dinos.

The level ends with a boss fight against "Cement Man" who looks and acts remarkably like Clayface from Batman. Which one came first? Answer in the comments below if you know! Either way, Cement Man excels at sticking the turtles in place by coating them in splatters of his own body that is thrown at them. Finally he will go down after a thorough beating and he mysteriously explodes (?) before the turtles are sucked forward through time onto a pirate ship.
