We need to protect what we've got in let's play RimWorld alpha 17 ep 3, so we aim to get a full perimeter wall built around us, with only one snag - a river runs through it!

While we're improving our existing colony with some of the new alpha 17 flagstone tiles, Randy Random throws a few minor events our way - Wimpessa goes on a firestarting spree, conveniently away from our wooden rooms; a caravan of exotic goods passes by; and a new alpha 17 item stash opportunity presents itself, a timed event that requires a more mature colony than ours!

We also get a raider chasing our new colonist Moley Moley the mob boss child, which also makes us discover that Chubs, like his lover Wimpessa, is a wimp who goes down at the slightest injury!

Also in let's play RimWorld alpha 17 ep 3, we are told the location of the hidden spaceship on the map, which would require a journey to the far north of the world. Perhaps we should stick to resaearch!
