Hi Nancy Drew fans!

Welcome to my playthrough of HeR Interactive's 27th Nancy Drew game, The Deadly Device. It was the second game released in 2012.

As I discuss at the beginning and end of this video, I was extremely skeptical about this game, to the point of dreading it. I thought it was going to tank.

I was so very wrong.

I LOVE this game. The music draws me in immediately every time I replay this game. It may have the best soundtrack of the series. It is just amazing. I also enjoy all of the tasks (even if they take a few tries, particularly at the end). And the cast of characters is fantastic. Though I may not want to be friends with them all (I'm looking at you, Mason) they are all created very well. They all feel different from one another and their personalities are well-established. You really get a sense of who they all are. In addition, they all look amazing. (I also really want Niko's sweater.)
