A new update for the Nintendo Entertainment System Switch Online is now live, and they added three new games, as well as two Special Edition games, the three games added are Ninja Gaiden, Wario's Woods and Adventures of Lolo, with the two Special Edition games being Dr. Mario and Metroid.
First up is Ninja Gaiden, and in this game, you control Ryu Hayabusa and the game was developed by Tecmo. This game has 20 acts and Ryu sets off to avenge his father, Ken. I don't know if they referenced Street Fighter when they came up with the names for the main protagonist and his father, because Ryu and Ken are the two most well known characters in the Street Fighter series.
I have never played Ninja Gaiden before, so I didn't realize that you can wall jump when you cling onto walls, which was why I didn't move while clinging onto the wall, but I do like the art style for the cutscenes in Ninja Gaiden.
We don't have any word on what the next games will be for next month, so we might expect to see some other NES games, like Castlevania, Kid Icarus or a few other well known NES games.
