0Any doubts you may have had about Dr. Wolff and his comrades’ capacity for vengeance can be safely jettisoned and disregarded; the undetonated bombshell back at Karlshorst is proof positive of it. Still, the syzygy alone would be otherwise impressive despite the dire stakes: synchronization under the fog of war, the lone few launch pads untouched by the bombing runs, even the clarity of the motivation under cursory scrutiny.
However, with the location of the V2 site still an ambiguity, the mad doctor on the lam must be placed on the backburner until his revenge-cum-escape scheme can get sufficiently declawed. Dr. Wolff’s offices, located in the heart of Kreuzberg’s ministry district, hold the answers you need to retrace his trail. Of course, with the Soviets irate that their strategy has been out, you’re now a priority target for their own snipers.
Nevertheless, it’s a race against time as the Heer, now indubitably understanding that the chances of a Wehrmacht victory are impossible to none, are now consigned to damage control. Reams upon reams of paperwork and plans, translatable to an airtight case for the Nuremberg prosecutors, are being incinerated en masse in a vain attempt at dodging justice. Stationed at the very same ministry, time is of the essence to ensure that Dr. Wolff’s scent doesn’t go up in smoke.
