For all the turbulence Nazi Germany had wrought upon Europe, Opernplatz is a case in point hidden as a mere pedestrian location. From the book-bonfires and Goebbelsian invective that bellowed just a decade prior, to its current squalor as a rubble strewn and gunshot laden war zone, it has seen its fair share of tumult and trauma. A logical endpoint for the Third Reich, one could argue, that may very well double as the ideal location for Dr. Schwaiger’s firing squad.

You may have coerced the Soviets and Germans into a skirmish at the Kaiser-Friedrich, but time is still of the essence if you want to rescue the V2’s traitor. With sentries covering the plaza and auxiliary forces waiting in the wings should the execution go awry, it isn’t going to be as easy to breach now that the Nazis have two distinct armies to grapple with. Still, infiltration and suppressive fire are practically second nature to you at this point in your career, so get to it.

However, this doesn’t mean you should ignore the rising threat of your frenemies from the East. Intercepted radio transmissions indicate that a battalion of Red commandos is en route to the same location, no doubt their rescue party won’t be too appreciative of your own. Hold your ground, get any information you can out of Dr. Schwaiger, and ensure that the V2 targets won’t forget that you’re on their trail.
