On weekends, you can battle Dawn or Lucas in Sandgem Tower, which is what I show in this video. Then I take on Shigeki Morimoto of Game Freak, who is now a Swimmer in this game, I will be going over the teams and moves for this video.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After completing Stark Mountain, much like with Barry at the Fight Area, you can battle Lucas or Dawn on weekends outside Professor Rowan's lab in Sandgem Town. I will be going over both their teams, while I will be battling Dawn in this video, I will go over what Lucas uses as well.

One thing I want to go over, Milotic cannot learn Calm Mind, and there are some moves on their teams that have illegal moves, and when you have beaten the Elite Four 10 times, Lucas and Dawn have different Pokémon and their team gains 10 more levels, there wasn't much space to go over it in this part, so I will save that for the next part where there is more room.
After beating the Elite Four, talk to the Swimmer at Route 213, and he is revealed to be Shigeki Morimoto, this is a tradition in Pokémon games ever since Black & White, he went from a Veteran in Black & White, as well as Sun & Moon, to a Coach Trainer in the Let's Go games, to a Police Officer in Sword & Shield, and he is a Swimmer in this game, and here is his team.
Spiritomb: Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Will-O-Wisp, Destiny Bond (Sitrus Berry)
Ambipom: Fake Out, Fling, Double Hit, Ice Punch (King's Rock)
Hippowdon: Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Yawn, Rock Tomb (Leftovers)

Jolteon: Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch (Lum Berry)
Flareon: Flare Blitz, Superpower, Quick Attack, Will-O-Wisp (Iapapa Berry)

Despite Morimoto's Flareon knowing Superpower, it cannot learn it in this game, while it can in Sword & Shield and a few other games.
After beating Morimoto, he will give you the Oval Charm, which increases the chance of finding an Egg at the Pokémon Nursery. I then show that you can talk to Saturn at the Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone City, which was one thing I forgot to do until now.
