Here are the team of Pokémon in this video, which was decided by the random number generator.
P1 Team: Charmander, Scyther, Farfetch'd, Squirtle, Butterfree, Ursaring
CPU Team: Metapod, Goldeen, Aipom, Larvitar, Swinub, Togepi

Then, I will list the moves for each Pokémon in battle, starting with my team.
Charmander: Flamethrower, Slash, DragonBreath, Sunny Day
Scyther: Wing Attack, Pursuit, Swift, Focus Energy
Farfetch'd: Slash, Fly, Steel Wing, Swords Dance
Squirtle: Surf, Bite, Blizzard, Rain Dance

The only time Metapod is not used as the last Pokémon is when it is used to lead the battle, and as I had Charmander to lead off the battle, but then again any Pokémon can take out Metapod, but at least this is Charmander's best match-up.
Goldeen is the one to watch out for because of Horn Drill, and I do have Squirtle to fight Larvitar. For Goldeen, I do have Butterfree's Stun Spore to paralyze, and I can use Ursaring's Dig to make Goldeen use up power points for Horn Drill, as it only has 5 uses for the move. Farfetch'd and Scyther are there for backup, specially when going up against Aipom or Togepi. I do have many options for Swinub, and it is another Pokémon that I have Charmander for the type advantage, but many of the Pokémon that I have likely have higher Speed than Swinub, other than Ursaring that is, as Ursaring doesn't have the best Speed out of the Pokémon that I have.
Aipom has a set that makes use of Baton Pass, it can use Double Team and Agility to boost its stats, and it has Strength for a damage dealing move, but the CPU doesn't put that strategy to use because this is not the Stadium Mode, where there are some Trainers that use a Baton Pass strategy that uses moves like Double Team, Swords Dance, and many other moves.
