The Cascadian Independence Force is doing well in the war against the Federation. As a result, the Federation has sent the call for reinforcements. The Federation is sending their most powerful airship fleet towards Cascadia, Task Force 1. This airship fleet consists of the Federation's best and most powerful airships. Task Force 1 is flying across the Pacific Ocean in order to assist Federation soldiers fighting on the frontlines. If the airship fleet arrives in Cascadia, then the combined firepower of the airships may turn the tide of the war against Cascadia. The CIF have a plan to strike Task Force 1 before they arrive in Cascadia. The Kingdom of Sawaiiki is an island nation in the Pacific. The nation is an associate member of the Federation. Sawaiiki is a valuable trade partner with the Federation, and their mutual cooperation makes Sawaiiki lend their port facilities to the Federation's warships and airships. Task Force 1 has stopped at the port in the Kingdom of Sawaiiki in order to refuel before arriving in Cascadia. This operation will consist entirely of mercenaries. The CIF has tasked the mercenaries with destroying Task Force 1 while they are refueling in Sawaiiki. They will need to destroy the airships and the warships that are docked at the port, which will allow Cascadia to weaken the Federation's air power and naval power in a massive surprise attack.
