For Jack, the Pungent Blood Cocktail represents victory. After being stuck for far too long on the Blood-Starved Beast boss in Bloodborne, he was desperate - ready to give up. Turning to the internet, Jack found that throwing the Pungent Blood Cocktail would distract the creature and allow him to sneak up behind it and just stab the ever-loving shit out of it. It was cheesus maximus, but it helped him win. It meant he could continue with the game.
And so here we are. Jack has turned this aromatic bloody projectile into a new take on a New York Sour. Featuring a Thomson Two Tone whisky sour base and mulled red wine for a fruity, spicy red layer, this is a multi-layered beverage sure to help you through any Bloodborne boss. Or at least, help you care less about it.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Thomson Two Tone whisky
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.5-1 oz Mulled red wine
