The Wisconsin Mine is a small area encompassing a couple small ridges and ravines that have many tunnels of varying lengths. This particular tunnel turned out to be a great find -- it featured nearly all of the classic abandoned mine elements such as stopes, winzes, vertical shafts, timbered portal, and winding tunnels. One interesting thing we found inside this mine was an old shoe.
