Robocop vs Predator (2024) by Oscar Celestini SHOP ( Oscar Celestini, Simone Granata, Gianluca Pappalardo, Piero Trabanelli) is a nod from fans to fans of cult action cinema of the 80s and 90s. I must admit that the atmosphere literally pours out in streams from this inconspicuous game. On our way will stand such characters as Terminator T-800, John Rambo / McClane, Dutch Schaefer and many others...... admittedly, they do not affect the gameplay, but it's nice that they were used as story figures. It's cool to see them interacting with each other more than once using the iconic lines they uttered. Visually, the game is also a nod to owners of the standard monochrome gameboy where one color and its various shades dominate. It looks...... as it should XD, while in the background you can hear many of the game's own arrangements of well-known songs that any fan is likely to recognize. Gameplay-wise it's very simple, we have a jump button and a shoot button. Controlling is unlikely to be a problem . Admittedly, Robocop's jumping takes time to get used to, but what to expect from the slowest hero of action cinema. It's very nice that the game is varied with different types of levels. There are standard levels like go right and destroy everything on your way, levels like find and destroy / free hostages, but also levels of horizontal shmup where Robocop flies his jetpack and shoots everything on his way. The plot is cheesy as hell but there's no way not to like it . This is one of those examples of so bad it's good. The game is fairly short and its completion does not pose any great challenge that we have an infinite number of continues. During the gameplay I myself died 4 times, but I cut it out so as not to bore you senselessly. The only thing I will attach to is the boss fights , which are not challenging at all and are rather very straightforward. Overall I highly recommend it and praise the developers for this gem.
