Home Alone (Sms) Playthrough / Keep that sh**ty game you filthy animal !!
Like Johnny said in the Movie Home Alone 2 played by Ralph Foody " Merry Christmas You filthy animal and a happy new year."
Home Alone (1992) by Probe Entertainment is is probably one of the worst platform puzzle games ever released. The graphics are mediocre at best, the music is annoying as hell and the gameplay premise and its overall implementation screams for damnation. Our main task is to stop the wet bandits from robbing the level of any goods. They are scattered all over the level , and losing even one of them ends with loss of life and repeating the entire level from scratch. After acquiring a particular good, and we can hold a maximum of 3 at a time, we must take it to the nearest safe. After that we finish the level. . It doesn't sound too bad, but the time in most levels was chosen in such a way that there is little room for error. This makes it necessary to learn some levels by heart. When one of the bandits steals some good, he will immediately head towards the exit of the level and we have three options which we can use to recover the good. The first is the BB gun , for which we can find bullets somewhere in the level, we just shoot it the bandit falls down and throws the good. The second is a dog , cat or other animal that randomly roams the location and sometimes goes into a rage and runs knocking over every character in range, which applies to both bandits and ourselves. And the last third is traps ....... of which there are only two. One is a bowling ball and the other is a weight , which we simply drop from a higher floor to a lower floor. And all of these options except the first one or BB gun are totally useless. Because we do not have enough time to rely on them. Climbing stairs can be tricky, because we move on them like a fly in tar, so you need to use trampolines, which are also scattered throughout the levels and you need to use them as often as possible. In the middle of the game it suddenly turns out that the goods are no longer just lying around, but are hidden in the furniture, and of course the game does not inform us about this in any way..... ughhh. This is just a crappy game that only arouses frustration and I would not recommend it to anyone, even those who are nostalgic for the brand.
