This is Shogo: Mobile Armor Division with EAX 1.0 reverb and 3D positional audio using OpenAL Soft through DSOAL. Shogo, for those of you who are not aware, is Blood II's lesser-known older brother that shares many of the same flaws. It also requires even more patching to get working on modern systems. While the mech suit sequences are fast-paced with tons of explosions, the on-foot combat segments (not shown in video) are somehow even worse than Blood II. This game comes from the era where wallhacking aimbot A.I. was the norm. Still, at least the enemies die pretty quickly in both segments unlike Blood II. Just be sure to have your finger ready on Quicksave at all times so you don't get sideswiped by a hitscan rocket launcher.

Similar to its Lithtech 1.0 companion Blood II, Shogo benefits greatly from the DSOAL wrapper. While the level designs don't accommodate binaural audio nearly as well as Blood II, the use of EAX reverb really shines. For instance, radio transmissions will come in clear through the main character's helmet, while his voice will be colored by whatever reverb environment he's currently in.
