The next character that I use for Classic Mode is Zero Suit Samus, now as her own character, and she did get some improvements in this game, because in Brawl, Zero Suit Samus didn't have that much KO potential, but it was a good thing she got a new up special, because Plasma Wire wasn't too great of a move to have, and Zero Suit Samus does have a tether recovery, and she does remain a top-tier character in the game.
Then I will go over Classic Mode, in Rounds 1 to 3, you fight characters that use their default costumes, in Rounds 4 and 5, you fight against characters that use their alternate costumes, in Round 6, your opponents are the Fighting Mii Team, and in the final round, you fight against Master Hand, or if you are playing on a higher Intensity, you fight Crazy Hand as well, and even against Master Core if you are playing on an even higher Intensity.
Next is Zero Suit Samus's custom special moves, as this is the only game in the Smash Bros. series to have them, and first up is Paralyzer, her neutral special, which as the name states, paralyzes opponents and can be charged, the first custom variant is Blast Shot, which acts like Fox's Blaster where the shots are fired faster, but they do not stun opponents, and the other custom variant is Electromagnetic Net, which is called Spreading Shot in the European version, the shots are fired at a shorter distance, and the blast hits multiple times before creating a paralyzing explosion when it reaches its full distance. Then her side special Plasma Whip, which can be used as a tether recovery, the first custom variant is Plasma Dash, which does not use the whip, but it is a dash attack with her gun, and the other custom variant is Whip Lash, where the whip sends opponents towards Zero Suit Samus, and it does not work when she is very close to the opponent. Zero Suit Samus's up special is Boost Kick, which hits multiple times before finishing with a spinning kick, the first custom variant is Impact Kick, where Zero Suit Samus kicks her opponent into the air, and then does a spinning kick for the finishing move, which deals more damage, and the other custom move is Lateral Kick, which lifts opponents into the air at an angle, and then a spinning kick where she dashes forward, and it deals more damage. Then her down special, Flip Jump, the first custom move is Shooting Star Flip Kick, where if you press the B button while in the air, Zero Suit Samus does a descending kick, she doesn't do damage while doing a flip jump, and the second variant is Low Flip, which doesn't go very high, but it does cover a lot of ground, it doesn't have much damage and knockback.
Zero Suit Samus is one of few characters to have a different Final Smash in each Smash Bros. game, in this game, her Final Smash is Gunship, where she goes into the background and can fire up to five energy shots at her opponents, the change could be because Zero Suit Samus is now a separate character to Samus, because in Brawl, Samus would get back her Power Suit when the Final Smash was used by Zero Suit Samus.
