About this video: This video a complete gaming PC build guide that will show you exactly how to build the perfect gaming PC setup for Twitch streaming! This perfect system is actually accomplished using two computers. One PC for gaming and another for encoding the video live for Twitch streaming. With this combo, you will be able to stream to TwitchTV at max settings without any issues!
In regards to the gaming setup, we are going with a Ryzen 3 1300X paired with 16GB of DDR4-3000 RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB graphics card. This combo produces around a 7% bottleneck and will be a great, well-balanced system for playing any and all modern games at max settings 1080P, which is all we need to do as Twitch doesn't allow for you stream at higher resolutions than 1080P.
Moving on to our encoding setup, this thing is very processor heavy. This is because encoding video is done on the CPU. Thus, we are going with an Intel Core i7 8700K for our encoding powerhouse CPU. This is running with 16GB of DDR4-3000- RAM which will give you plenty of room to have your chat up, donations, and chrome tabs on this computer. For the GPU, we are throwing a Nvidia GTX 1050Ti as again, this isn't a gaming system. This is for encoding video. We don't need a crazy graphics card. We've also go an AVerMedia Live Capture HD PCI capture card in this system in order for you to get video from your other PC.
