About this video: In this video, I go over an incredible $1,750 gaming, streaming, and editing PC. Whether you are looking for a PC to make YouTube videos, stream to Twitch, or just kill all games you throw at it, this PC will allow you to do. Even if you want to just build a killer RGB Gaming PC, this build will allow you to do it. So, let's get on into this $1,750 gaming PC build!
For our processor, we are going with an Intel Core i7 8700K. This 6 core CPU will be plenty of power for video editing, live streaming, and of course, gaming. We are going to be cooling this powerhouse with a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB. This will be a competent AIO water cooler for this system, and it will looking incredible in this build.
Now, we need a motherboard to put this CPU in, and for that, we are going with a MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS full ATX motherboard. This thing supports up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, has TONS of PCI slots, and would even all for SLI if you want to in the future. Speaking of RAM though, we are going to be putting two 16GB sticks for 32GBs total of DDR4-3000 RAM. This will be plenty of RAM for editing video, which can be VERY RAM heavy.
What about hard storage though? Well, we are going to be going pretty crazy here. First off, we are using a 500GB Crucial MX500 SSD for our Windows, programs, games, etc. We are then throwing in a 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD for additional games, movies, music, and really anything else you want to throw on this drive. We still have one more hard drive throw in, and that is a 4TB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD for any and all video/production files you have.
So, we've got all of our main components, but we're missing one important thing - our graphics card. For our GPU, we are going with a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070Ti. This graphics card features 8GB of DDR5 VRAM along with incredible speeds that will for quick video exporting as well the ability to kill any and all games you play at 1080P.
We aren't quite done yet though. We still need a case and power supply. For our case, we are going with a Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 RGB. This is an incredible case with 3 RGB LED fans in the front, and large side window, and a plenty of options for hard drives and cable management. For our power supply, we are also adding in a bit of RGB flair going with the Thermaltake Smart Pro RGB,. We are getting the 850W version which will allow for some overclocking while still leaving a ton of room for the system as a whole.
And there you have it! An awesome $1,750 gaming PC build that will let you edit video, stream to Twitch, or just kill any games you throw at it.
