In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, we'll be utilizing the Swordsman ALONGSIDE the Dark Paladin as a dynamic swapping duo! Swordsman is the bleed status skull representative, and a very versatile skull. Due to his short skill cooldowns and multi-hit skills he's actually quite good at the top two archetypes in this game: Crit Items and Ability-Spam Items. He's not at all beholden to the bleed status despite what many would think, and actually flourishes outside of it. He also has a very good swap, which is what we'll be focusing on for this build. We also are bringing along the Dark Paladin, for an iconic sword wielding duo! Dark Paladin is, as of very recently, suddenly one of the strongest characters in the entire game. He generates tons of shield very quickly and easily, and this shield amplifies magic damage by 30% while the shield is maintained as well as transforming his basic attacks into a projectile. That said, this run is far more centered around his powerful swap, as well as his skills. Dark Paladin's swap is one of those swaps that has zero animation attached to it, he swaps in, drops a big dark cross that deals AoE over time, and can immediately act. However, one thing of note about Dark Paladin is his massive skill casting duration. Most of his skills take forever to cast, and this can be quite problematic. This is fixed by taking Manatech 3 and/or scaling your Arachne skill cooldown/attack speed shrine to it's max. Once you get these requirements Dark Paladin becomes a powerhouse who is easily among the top skulls in the entire game. So, that's today's goal, two swordbois shaking hands by channeling their swaps! Can these two show the end game gauntlet who's boss?
