It's taken me literally hours to get through just the first few fights in Hearts of Stone and I've been cursing at my screen more times than I can count. On the one hand, it's nice that the DLC seems to focus more on spectacular skirmishes against named characters rather than the more pedestrian dismemberment of monsters and men which dominated the original campaign. On the other hand, boss encounters were always Witcher 3's weakest point since they inevitably highlight the clumsy and repetitive nature of the combat. Worst of all - although this is more likely than not merely the result of my suboptimal Witcher gear - these supposedly epic fights go on *forever* even when you figure out what the developers want you to do...
