Time To Declutter! We Just Got A New Sikiac 79" Curved RGB Gaming Desk!
38As the year gets ready to close, we’re getting ready for the new year with a new attitude. We’re going to be expanding our channels to add both dedicated 3D printing and, after many requests, we are indeed launching a dedicated RC Channel! Now to be able to get our work done more efficiently, we need to streamline our workspace, and that means we need to get rid of a ton of clutter. Thankfully, Sikaic has just sent us their new 79” RGB lit gaming desk, and we need to get it built!

One of the things I really like, conceptually, about this desk is the curved design. I like the desk I have now, but it just lacks surface area. The curved nature of it should give me more working space while taking up less width in my studio. I may even be able to put a 3D Printer on the desk as well, this way I can free up a little space back in the workshop. I’m thinking the K1C may find a home out here!
The top of the desk itself has a woven, carbon fiber sort of look to it which, being a racer at my core, I totally dig. There are 2 black and 1 white variant, and the 2 black versions are available with either purple or red accents. I went with red, myself, but they all look great. The desk itself is equipped with 2 AC outlets and 2 PowerIQ-enabled USB charging ports to provide power for up to 4 devices simultaneously. I’m going to pick up a clamping power strip to make things a little easier to plug and unplug.
I love the 2-tiered design, my existing desk has this as well and it makes it so much easier to store and position my supplies. I’ll be able to attach my 2 monitor arms on the top shelf, and store other things below. It appears that the top is wider than my old desk, so I am hoping I’ll be able do store additional things here, like my Amiibo stands for example.
When it comes to storage, this has a bunch. It comes with 2 fabric drawers to keep things organized which I’ll appreciate. It also comes with a drink holder, convienient, and a headphone hook. I don’t use over the ear headphones as I swear by my Raycons, but it’s good to know that I have the option.
