We have come to the final workout of the 2016 Crossfit Open, workout 16.5. A horrible workout of Thrusters (most evil weight exercise ever devised) and bar facing Burpees. you had to complete 21 reps, 18 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps, 9 reps, 6 reps, 3 reps, of both movements, your score was the time it took you to complete the workout. I did much better then I thought, beeting my target time by 2:30.
