...and suddenly I saw this oversized boy modell standing above in the Buccaneer's Den tavern.
I loaded a save where it wasn't present and tried to retrace my steps in order to see what made it appear, but no luck. It was something I did inside.
At least I then looked around where could be a missing model on the map and as I show at the end of this video, that dock area is empty. There should be some pirates there. In my save where the boy modell is not present there still is a pirate. So, what made that NPC teleport to the tavern and change into the wrong model, that I don't know. I played this game many a times, but this never happened.

By the way, I didn't click the model, for it causes a crash.
Maybe it would have been part of some small event, let unfinished. Like, a pirate appears upon mentioning serpent venom or something.
